On my old 2009 macbook, roughly 8 seconds after moving items, VO cursor is forced to move to the first row in the playlist table, probably due to some page refreshing. Sometimes VO cursor moves in a strange way like skipping tracks and I don't know why. The moving is done and you can use Up/Down arrow keys to check the track order. Press "VO + space" to move the mouse to VO cursor, then press "VO + Shift + Command + space" again to mouse up. Again here, it is best to move VO cursor onto the song title. Press "VO + space" to move the mouse to VO cursor, then press "VO + Shift + Command + space" to mouse down. Move VO cursor onto the song title you want to move.
